Can you explain how Doug Hayashi has only a CAI and Hooisers, yet seems to pretty reliably be faster than most of us?
I have no argument that our car experiences bumpsteer in high speed corners. But is it really a big problem? I sure don't think so.

MAN!!!!! this thread has a lot of replies.... Anyways, when I read this thread I thought to MYSELF this was really funny. Like some members have pointed out.... we each have own different taste and we bought the car for different reasons and if your hoping to buy a car and resale it to make $$$ then good luck!!! LOL... They do what they wanna do that makes them happy so stop saying all your SHYT and tell someone who cares.
Yeah Meat. Please explain how Doug is competitive with many highly modified S2K's but has no suspension mods? BTW, the last time I checked race cars had finite limits that they were safe to drive at as well.
oh YEAH!!! I forgot!! a s2000 can't beat a viper (stock stock wise at least)!!! and if I modify my s2000 and beat them and SPEND SHIT LOAD OF $$$ then let it be!!! I would be really happy and I could careless about the resale value of a car!!! I think you should make this thread to address..... if you wanna save money and don't lose money THEN DON'T BUY A CAR.
Krazik, Strike - Driver skill is everything.
I bet Doug would be faster than he is currently in a car with suspension mods.
Bumpsteer is when the suspension geometery changes with suspension travel. Simply - the tire changes direction with suspension travel.
