big problem! can someone help..

Default big problem! can someone help..

well...its not a big problem per say but i am a bit distressed about this...
my friend spilled beer in my passager seat... and wasnt able to to wipe if off the seat because he says he had no towels available...thus, a good bit soaked into the seat... is there anything i can do remove the beer smell from the seat?
the car is only 3 months old
and no we werent driving...he was just tryin to get something out of my car
and he proceeded to ruin my interior...
i appreciate any advice....

In time it will go away. For a quicker solution try something like Fabreeze (sp?).

You can buy Fabreeze at any local supermarket in the cleaning section. Just ask the one of the cashiers, they know what it is. That product is good for removing odors from fabrics, but I don't know about leather. Maybe you should check out leather cleaning kits or those kind of deodorizers? Hope that helps..

1st - remove the seat fromf your car.
2nd - Lift seat over you head
3rd - severly beat you friend with it!!!!!

I wouldn't put Febreeze on leather... Talk to a detail shop or just have them fix it rather than chance your leather!

Or, simply pour beer on the driver's seat, that way they both cancel each other out...?

You can probably call the Proctor and Gamble 800 number to see if the Fabreze Auto spray is safe for leather.

My guess is that the beer soaked into the foam padding, not just on the leather cover. If that is true then using a leather cleaner alone may not get the stale beer smell out.
