thanks guys for all the advice! i went with the dremel experience at the end. 12:30am, middle of the night, you see sparks flying as the dremel disc cut into the nut. took me about 25 minutes of careful cutting. after it's done, i removed the rest of the bolt using the $30 hammer i bought in a hurry the mugen exhaust went onto the car afterwards, and at 2:15am, i was able to start the car for the first time with the mugen exhaust.
