it will grow on you... when i first saw the suzuka with blue in pictures.. it wasn't breathtaking and i was like ehhhh.. but when i saw it in person.. wow... i fell in love... and then the interior.. great on me more and more and more.. and i love it move and more.....

 

A buddy bought an 04 Suuzuka Blue model with a blue soft top - my 05 has the black soft top - love the color inside and out. BTW, it's the color my wife wanted so ...

I HATE the blue interior of the suzuka. I think it would look much better with some black and then tan seats and door inserts. But I can tell from this thread that it's probably just one of those polarizing colors. Some like it a lot, some hate it. I'm also not fond of the all red interior, personally. Regardless, maybe be careful about buying a car that you want to grow to like. not a good idea with girls, maybe not a good idea with cars.

 

Was black interior ever available with Suzuka in the US? My wife likes the color, but I really dislike the blue interior.

 

No, and unless you buy a black interior from a salvage vehicle, I doubt you'll get one. I don't think the blue interior would suit any other color but GPW (white), and those cars come with the tan interior, so you can't swap interiors easily.

If you haven't seen the blue in real life, and in daylight, take another look. I thought it looked way too bright in photos, and the first time I saw it under lights at the dealer, I still didn't like it. Only when I saw it outside, in sunlight, did I think it looked really good.

 

I personaly,don't like the blue or red,just way over done. IMO leather is not supposed to any color of the rainbow. If it was with black accents,might not be TOO bad.In the end you are the one who has to live with it so,go with your gut feeling and enjoy!!(btw,your first thought is usually right,go with it) don't worry about what say/think. good-luck and enjoy.
