i was gonna say i'd be impressed if any company would take up the s2k dash. Im sure the gouging out of the OEM diffusor probably got to them. PCBs were the nail in the coffin.FYI. i had the blue 'gel' kit on my car before i did the led thing. It seems ok, but leaves the other lights (hvac/audio/cruise/defrost/roof/hazard) amber still. That does nothing for me. I'd rather have them all 1 color.
the gel works well, but the thing is, i wanted blue, and blue only. The problem with blue, is that is doesn't 'mix' well with other colors. Normal incandescant bulbs are always 'yellowish' in the light spectrum. Compare halogen to HID for example...
now what happenes to the light when u put yellowish and blue? you get green. It just wasnt blue enough for me, so i went LED's... the only way to go IMO, for a pure blue or white anyway.
