I love body kits. I'm not saying all body kits look nice, but I like the fact that different guys do their cars different. It's the creativity that I appreciate. Yeah, some cheap kits look like shit, but the quality ones are nice. If done right body kits will add volume and body to the car's appearance. The trend I've been seeing on imports are widebody kits. Those are so awesome. It gives cars more curves, as opposed to a plain flatter look. Some of the kits that I've seen like Veilside, Gears, and Cavalleresco are the ones I like. However, I'm not into big rear wings. Not that there's anything wrong with them, I just like subtle transitions that fit smoothly into the lines of the car.
I like bodykits not all, but some. I am very picky about what I like and to be totally honest. I didn't like the VeilSide kit when I first saw it. My wife decided to get me one after we found out that the DVD player/display wouldn't fit properly in the s2k. She brought home Hyper Rev from a local shop and we looked through it. I looked and looked and did not like the VeilSide kit, but she did. After time it grew on me, but she liked it less. After we looked at it on the car, we both loved it.
Funny how some things just grow on you.
