Anyone make or used some for another application on the S2000? The 240ZG was offered with it and it was a cost effective way to tuck huge tires on many budget oriented (AKA, not shelling out thousands for a widebody) rides.

Many companies offer rear over fenders (J's, ASM, etc.) and wider front fenders (Spoon, J's, Seibon, etc.) which I think is what you're looking for. Do a search and there's a few that has them.
