Default Spoon fender authenticity?

I am buying spoon fenders today. How can I be sure they are authentic? Thanks a lot!

Looks like a Shine fender or another copy.

Spoon fenders come in white not black. Those are replicas

I purchased these from Gotuning for $956 and a wait time. I generally don't do much with aftermarket body panels, but I owned an authentic spoon top thay came in black as well. So thay piece of information is certainly false. I'll look into it.

My entire authentic kit I sourced out over a year from multiple shops including opak racing for the hardtop, front and rear bumper, aj-racing for the front and rear fenders and the hood from a s2ki member. All these parts were brand new never used and all came in a raw white primer finish. They all had the spoon badge except for the front and rear fenders which weren't badged or labeled with "spoon" at all. Hope this helps?

p.s. all this took place from 07-08 so keep that in mind they might've changed the way they make them??
