Default Breaking In a New S2k engine

I'm picking up my new 2003 S2k tonight (silver/red) and was wondering if there is a recommended way to drive for the first "n" miles. The dealer encouraged my to hit the high revs on the demo car (only 130 mi) during the test drives! Yes I had several, the last with my wife! Would suspect occasional higher revs and general movement all over the spectrum would be best. It's been a long time since I've had to be concerned with a new engine.
Thanks
Lucky "Luciano"

Take a look at this thread for starters: https://www.s2ki.com/forums/showthread.php?...&threadid=99209

From the reading of your post, I would say your engine is broken in. At least according to the MotorTune method of engine break-in. Make sure to check your oil level every time you get gas and keep it near the dipstick H mark.

The car I'm picking up has only 5 to 10 miles. The demo car is still with the dealer.
