Looking for some input on whether a warranty claim is valid here. Last night my buddy in the passenger seat helped latch the roof back shut after i put the top up. When he opened and pulled the latch down, the hook didn't fall down into the loop/crevice thingy. Instead, the end of the hook rested on the lip of the loop and when he pushed the latch back up, the hook broke off!

My latches have been rattling for months and i hear there is a TSB out to fix this prob. Do you think i can still bring it in for a TSB even though a latch is busted???

Don't see why they would deny the warranty claim. Take it in!!
(Or have alex sue Vic for the money!! Remember the hell he gave you for the cigarette burn!!!!)

 

my latch just failed and will not lock closed. Anyione else had this problem.
