This is the news I have been waiting to post....My car has arrived today in Fayettville, Arkansas....#6482 New Formula Red/Black. A few details for those who are waiting...my car was built May 24, 2002....and arrived today June 26, 2002 at 3 45 PM.....For those that are waiting...your day is coming soon..!!!!

I went to the dealer today to get my exact build date. Before they had said that it was in shipping status, but now it is in assingment status? Last time the inventory list had 6/11 as the build date, but today it still said 6/11 and had that as the assigned date! What is going on?? When am I going to get my car! Someone ease my anxiety by helping me figure this out! (My VIN is 6975) Thanks!

The Inventory List does not contain build date information. Ask them to do a dealer locate.

 

They told me that they can't do anything. They said they know nothing about where it is or when it is going to come in!

Hmm. I guess I'm going to throw more confusion into this. I just bought my S2000 and was given a "PRE" date, whatever that is, of 06/25. However, it had the VIN# which was 7216. So how is #7415 built a week earlier? Or is the PRE date something else?
