I ordered a set for mine from HandA, the $6 shipping is killer. I ordered the wrong color and just went to my local honda dealership. They had to order some, took a few days and they were only $6 total.

I find it very hard to believe that a dealer must throw away the plugs because it's a "California requirement"

It's probably the license plate is a "California requirement", which dictates mounting the frame, which usually means tossing the plugs (especially if they want to put their dealer advertisement plate in).

One of the service guys gave me the plugs for free (for my Civic) after a service manager told me I'd have to buy them from parts.
