Thumbs up Buyers Guide for the (used) S2000

I'm living in CA and looking to buy an s2000, most likely MY03 or 02. What advice would you offer, based on your experiences with this car?

What's a decent price for this car?
What are the most common things left out? (someone mentioned a car cover in another thread)
To go Certified or not?
Anything else you guys can think of, to help a prospective buyer?

Edit: Ack! Didn't see that potential owners post a few topics down. Sorry for the dupe.

certified cars have the best coverage, but are usually $2-3000 more from dealers for the car (how much is peace of mind worth to you?) there are some great deals out there. make sure that all the vin numbers are on the car fenders and bumpers to ensure no wrecks. the only thing to watch out for is the diff if the car has over 60k on it. other than that, its a Honda, tough to go wrong.
pm me if you decide to go the certified rout, I have 3 used here in orange county
