buying a new clutch

Default buying a new clutch

i'am going to buy a act hd clutch.so i need to eather resuface the old flywheel or get a new one,i decided to get a new one but i dont know witch one to buy the Fidanza Aluminum Flywheel or the comptech flywheel lightweight steel,any ideas witch one is better.

I just put a Fidanza in mine. It seems to be a nice quality part. The light weight allows the engine to rev quicker and to make a few more hp. I'd give it two thumbs up.
