Interesting, but I think I've found a solution with my uncle who can purchase the vehicle for me and he said he gets a discount for being 50yrs of age on the taxes or w/e so we might work something out here let him just purchase the car and give me the car to make it seem like that. Thx for all the input guys much appreciate it hope the car doesnt dissapoint, just one problem the bank that i have account with there isnt any here in FL how do i get the loan thru and so forth, fax right or?
Let the banks work the transfer out.

I purchased mine out of state, and the credit union cut me a certified check. We took it to the selling parties bank, had them do the verification, and the rest was history.

Check this one:

I considered it myself but the dealer wouldn't provide pics and a detailed report from a Honda dealer so I moved on. Also, the listed price was $500 less on previous auctions. Assuming $16k, that's within $4,500 of your purchase price on the one you missed, and this one still has a warranty, for a few more miles anyway, but still.....

As far as buying out of state. If the dealer/seller isn't helpful, move on. Plenty of cars around now, and even more soon. Sucks to be a seller, don't ask me how I know.

That one has a rebuilt/salvage tittle I checkted the carfax on that one a while back lol it looked like a good deal but I want a clean one.
Yeah if the dealer/seller is not helpful and willing and interested in selling the vehicle no point in bothering with them. But I'll just have to wait it out and keep looking.

tell the guy to give you a temp tag and if he won't, ask to see the manager...

if not you have four options, don'y buy, drive without and hope the bill of sale is good enough for the cops, go to the dept. of licencing, or ship the car.

that or do what i would and roll around on the floor kicking and screaming untill they give you a temp tag

How long before a temp tag expires? I'm planning an out-of-sate purchase myself next week but I won't be bringing the car to WA for a while.

i just bought a bmw in CA and drove it to SD. In CA they would not give me a temp tag as well because I was paying SD taxes which is only 3% compared to 8%. So what they did was deliver the car to me in Reno and gave me a trip pass to SD. This was just a certificate no tags on the car but the dealers name. I never did get stopped though. Florida may have a similar law to this as well. I would call the dmv and ask them first.
