the car is listed for 13k all in . The problem i have is people are now telling me if i get the car it might not work. I need a good honest opinion on if i should buy this car or not. If i am i will be checking it out on tuesday. thx for the help guys

13k isn't a bad price at all for that mileage and year if everything works well and it has a clean title. If it's listed at 13, they might take 12k for it or even less if you offer.

I'd offer 10 grand and see where it goes from there.
