Best of luck Desmond. I'm glad you kept your purchase in the "family."

Keep in touch here on the boards!

G1sk...don't you think you would give the Infiniti a try at the same price but give the tls an a--kicking? Hard to compare reliability of a new G35 and your 84-5 sx!!!!PT

Lol! Why would I want a 330 ci when it costs $10K with the same equipment... I could have a TL/CL S or a G35? The latest car magazines have shown the TLS (with crappy thin 17 inch wheels with even crappier R rated all weather tires) handling better then the 330Ci in lat G's and slalom (note the BMW had wide 17 inch wheels and ZR rated tires). The TL's also matches it in a 0-60 and quarter mile. It has 40 more hp, and much better reliability. Its much larger and is considered on of the best handling front wheel drive cars made. Most recent comparisons show the TLs looses only because its given a rating of 5 on style and the BWM gets a 10... style is subjective and is in the eyes of the beholder and therefore irrelevant, many of us think BWMs look pretty dam plain and not very well styled (say as compared to an S2000).

Give a TLs the similar wheels/tire spring setup as a 330Ci and it spanks it all over the road (specially since it already did).

I wont pay 10K just to get that emblem

I wanted to stay with honda..or try to anyway. Honda had a red 6spd back in the summer that i drove. I really liked it except it had a grind in 3rd.*brandnew*...so that kinda put me in a nervous state again. My mother has a 00 TL-P..and i loved that car soo much even with the auto-stick. They run 15.3@92mph. Thats faster than my Prelude SH i had stock. So when they said they could get me the Aegean Blue after they finally realized you could get it in the coupe * took a week to get *. I just said ok. Took a silver one to my mothers office so she could have a look. All she asked was " is it a acura....well then you know I like it ". that was all the approval i needed. Now im the ONLY 6speed in town and the only Aegean blue coupe in town. So i still feel like i own a rare vehical. And its need to see others in a type S try to race you thinking you have an auto. My plates are going to read 6SPEED when i get them for this car..so people will play around with me that are worthy of racing. Thanks for all the support. Som on the board know how much trouble i had with my car. The ones that are hating wouldnt...just do a search of my posts..im sure all my post were always dealing with something broke..i have a problem...blah blah...got tired of it...lata guys/girls.
