So here's the story, I have a MY03 and a couple months ago (while it was still hot), my AC wasnt working properly. Whenever I turned on the AC, it wouldn't blow cold air consistently, as it would blow cold air at times and at time it just blew fan (temp.) air. So I took it back to the dealer and had them check it out for me, since it is still under warranty, they said they couldnt find a problem with it. At the end, not only I had to pay this stupid hidden (testing AC) fee (46 bux CAD), they took my car out for a so called "test-drive" and put up like 20km.........
has this ever happened to you guys??

if it was at their fault, where can i make a complain?

F HONDA and their service!! just don't let your next car be honda and let them learn a lesson with poor sales.
