Default Camber bolts seized to the rubber?

Hey guys I went to get my alignment done today, and basically the car is all over the place..

The camber bolts that pass through the lower A arm on the back have kinda welded to the rubber bush they pass through,so they will turn around 30 degrees in the rubber but then just spring back. Has any one else had this and managed to free them, and if so, how??

Also, the nearside wheel seems to be slightly more forward in the arch (around 10mm) than the offside one. The car has had a rear 1/4 shunt on that side in the past, so what could be bent to cause this?

Im worried again now! :S Its gonna be jigged next week, but just wondering if there prone to this and its nothing to do with the old accident...

Was the nut on the backside completely loose? Back it off a bunch and then try to turn the bolt.

Yea the nut was loosened but then the bolt was kinda stuck to the rubber within the A bar so wouldnt turn enough to adjust the camber sufficiently...

Try a search in the under the hood forum. You will probably need to replace the bushing.
