Default camber & "jiggly" rear end...

i had an alignment done on my car recently but didn't bother to check the specs sheet till days later. that is when i realize that the rear end of the car feels a bit unstable and "jiggly" when going over slight bumps. i looked over the specs sheet and noticed that the rear left camber was set at 1.52d and the rear right was set at 1.60d. i understand that the factory spec is 1.5d +/- 0.17d, so that my settings are still both within specs, but can the fact that the two sides differ by 0.08 degree cause the rear end to feel slightly unstable over bumpy roads?? also my total toe is at +5/16 in. which is 7.81mm. i believe the factory spec for that is 6mm. so can anyone who is experienced with alignments please shed some light onto this matter for me?? thanks...
