Wait a sec, are you giving us the attitude? You need to take a step back.

Quick Recap:
You asked if it would work we answered "No"

Then you stated "i am getting a pair of rims i like and i am kinda set on those rims for my car." We told you it wouldn't work again.

Then you asked for more opinions. Which more people replied that it wouldn't work.

But it's our fault that you couldn't comprehend what 8 different people told you. So sorry we couldn't be more helpful.

Dont be disheartened, I remember one point where i was shopping for wheels

I myself are running a slightly more aggressive offset than most others
17x7 +33 (+48 with 15mm spacer)
17x8 +35 (+50 with 15mm spacer)
I like the look of my car this way. However i dont recommend using spacers if u can help it. Get a correct offset from the beginning.
My case, the spacers are necessary after i realised i needed extra clearance for spoon calipers (on the way i hope!)

Here some links to check out:

We ARE trying to stick together. This community is trying to keep you from wasting your money. You just don't want to listen.

I took the time (about five minutes actually) to input your specific wheel and tire sizes in order to come up with the #'s I gave you. If you had replied, "well, I'm set on them and that's what I'm going with" I would have just shrugged and moved on. There is a ton of experience here at s2ki.com and if several people in unison give you bad news, don't blame the messenger. You write, "i am new to this offset stuff and people telling me to think more logically and saying i dont get it doesnt help."

I disagree. It HAS helped. It's saved you thousands of $$ and a lot of heartache. Pull your bruised ego back up off the floor and let's find you a set of nice wheels for your car.
