can you put a ap1 steering ratio into a ap2?

didnt I already answer the exact same question for you a couple of days ago??

you need to change out the steering rack. It has been done before.

I thought about doing that a few months ago... Please post with details... I'm assuming an AP1 steering rack is all that is needed...

i drove a ap1 first and never liked the ap2 as much. i hate having to turn the wheel farther than i have to.

First was the RS*R drift car. They put it in 'cause they need slopier handling, and RX7 steering collum is almost identical to s2k length wise.

Steering ratio of AP2 is the thing that bugs me the most when I first switch from AP1. Don't know if it worth the hassle, though.
