Anyone try radar/laser Jammers? I've seen a bunch out there and even a company that says that they'll pay for your ticket if caught by laser/radar.

Also, do these even really work?

I don't care if they're illegal or not, just want some answers.

How come www.radartest.com ranks V1 so low compared to the passport? Is the new passport that good?

You guys are lucky.. Here in Canada, our $%!!! highway patrol OPP have "detector detectors" so we get caught no matter how good the "immunity" level is set.. This past summer, I saw a milk crate full of V1's Uniden's and Cobra's etc.. displayed by the police on the side of the road.. and of course had to throw mine in there and head off to pay the ticket.. GRrrrr...

Because www.radartest.com is a sham site. (IMHO)

I have an e-mail from them from over a year ago when I asked why they didn't have a review of the Valentine 1. (at that time)

The e-mail they sent was very unprofessional and highly inaccurate. You can read it in my post in this old thread:

https://www.s2ki.com/forums/showthread.php?...light=valentine

These guys are hardly the "consumer reports" of radar detecting, just another internet money making scheme.
