its not heat soak cause it will do it when its cold... and as to the torque at idle speed i dunno cause when you give it gas and it starts making torque it still stutters endless jerking until you rev it with the clutch engaged... any chance this could be in the tranny? it has a prob with tsb 0054 the noise and tsb 0055 1-2 grind

I agree with RazorV3. My car does this too but I guess most manual cars would if you floor it in gear at almost idle.
I never thought the car was to blame. I think it should be above 2000rpm to accelerate and that means using the clutch and a bit of slip.

what im saying is that the car will not come out of this stutter on its own.... i dont know maybe im just overreacting but hey its my baby and i dont want anything bad happening to it...

Mine has always done it when it's hot and I'm sitting in traffic. I've found that if you give it a quick rev, then let off the clutch as normal it seems to help. I'm going to do all of the Mugen cooling mods this summer and see if it helps. It's definately because of heat.....At least for mine.
