Now it's time to ditch the '06 and get the '08.

sucks to hear your s got hit. You dont know how lucky you are to have somone leave info though. Like everyone else said, just get it to a good body shop and have it inspected. YOu will have it fixed in no time.

Hey guys

Thanks for the replies! I took it to the body shop and they estimated about $1200 to fix. Her insurance is taking care of everything. The only thing that sucks is they won't have a new bumper until Monday. Her insurance will give me a rental...but not until then. I've been driving the wifes car so it's not a big deal. I'm having them check everything when they take the bumper off to see if there's any additional damage. He also said he can justify having insurance pay for an alignment since he believes she hit the rear tire. He even took a picture of where he thinks she hit it.

As for driving it home...it seemed to be ok. I couldn't notice any new noises or vibrations.

The girl who hit is was very cool about it. I think she wanted the car fixed worse than I did! She actually went out of her way to tell me personally. We have close to 900 people working between 2 buildings...its not easy to find someone. I made sure to let her know that it was greatly appreciated.

I'll keep you updated!
