Default Cargo Net trunk

Do any of you guys have the oem trunk cargo net for our car. This afternoon i had 2 grocery bags in the trunk, when i got home all the grocerys were scrambled all over the place in the trunk. Does the cargo net secure grocery bags? Would you guys reccommend this mod, I just checked H and A's website and they list it for $27.60. Also how much horsepower does it add

I put a small box in my trunk for the times I am out with the s2000 and do some shopping. I have had cargo nets in the past and they never did much.

Not sure how much HP they add, but the box added 50 to the rear wheels.

i don't have it, i wanted it, but later on forget about it.
if my memory serve right, drilling is required for the installation of cargo net ...
just feel kind of funny to require drilling for just installing cargo net.
i put in muz trunk mat instead. (i know it's not related at all, but just want to mention it. )

if you want more hp over the OEM cargo net, i am sure performance cargo net will be out soon ...

I have the cargo net and it does come in handy. It can be strung so to prevent bags from moving around. You will have to enlarge the holes that the cargo net anchors fit into.

I have a specially formulated type R plastic box.
I know it sounds high tech but, if you go to the performance section
of your local Wal-Mart or K-mart and speak to one of their performance enhancement
counselors, they will be able to help you find the right one!

The hot set-up is to ask for the "JDM grocery holder" type!

The OEM net is great. You can keep it "folded in half" along the back of the trunk for smaller objects or "open" it up to cover items placed in the bottom well.

If you do decide to intall the OEM net (no big deal), remember to paint the insides of the holes you drill with some touch-up paint to prevent rusting in the future.

Got one, and use it all the time. The holes are small and easy to drill. Can be adjusted to 3 sizes to keep stuff from rolling around.
