Cat problem solved
I live in an apartment complex with an open air parking garage. My car pretty much stays out of the elements, but there was a cat that would sleep on top once every month or two. I'd find a couple of strands of fur and maybe a foot print of two, but she never scratched it or put a depression in the top. I get skeptical when I hear that... and I'm meticulous with my S2K. Bottom line is, if you're THAT worried about it, find a way to park in a real garage.
