CEL light help

Default CEL light help
So the ol' maintenance required light just started blinking recently. When I start it...it blinks 10 times...then doesn't return...anyone know what's goin on? 58,000 miles...?

Your CEL is NOT the same as your MAINT. R'QUIRED light.
