CEL, Shaking at idle.

CEL, Shaking at idle.
So was driving and my CEL came on. The car shakes at idle, also when i let of the gas in 2-6 gears it jerks like if you were to let the gas go in first gear. I did just get a intake installed, the FIPK. Whats the problem?
