Default CF hood keyed. repairable?

bought an S2k couple weeks ago. still havent taken delivery thanks to the first national bank of montana dragging their asses on getting the title to hawaii.

car has been sitting in the dealership and my GF calls me saying it got the $#!t keyed out of it. i head over on my lunch break and take a look. LR quarter panel, LH door, left fender, bumper, VIS CF hood on the left side, LH headlight, and RH taillight all got some deep gouges.

taillight im not worried about (recall). headlight im slightly happy (it leaked and had some internal discoloration). the rest of the car will be repaired by the dealership.

my only question is the hood. can a VIS hood be repaired. the scratches did not get down to the weave so there is no damage there. how can the gelcoat be repaired? am i better off saying not to fix it and making them get me an OEM hood? (i work at the dealership that has the body shop that will be doing the repairs so i can keep the hood.)

maybe i can get them to buy a vacuum bagged CF hood that actually WILL be lighter than stock.

1 more question. is NFR single stage or a base/clear?

This doesn't address your concerns about repairing the damage, but since it has not been delivered, is this not the dealer's problem?

yes they are repairing it.

i work at the ford side. 2 seperate dealerships owned by the same person.

i dont want the hood damaged if they try to repair it. i would rather keep it as it is and let them buy me an OEM hood. or a better CF hood. i doubt this will happen though.
