cheapest way to get 180 torque?

How about if you carefully stuff a towel into one of the exhaust pipes? The backpressure may help generate up to 180 lb-ft of tq, and this mod could be as cheap as $1. But don't ask me about longevity or reliability.
cheap? N/A? Easy? n20 plus race gas will do, but not sure how would you like to run those everyday tho'. What's the primary/goal of the car anyway? Drag?

Sorry, I was being very serious with that comment. I'm glad you clarified. (another case of relax, please).

let's make sure we on the same page, we are talking about useable torque right?
if we could make 180 torque(crank, brake or wheel) just with a plugged tailpipe, why honda let the idea slide? engine tunning is all about compromise, peak torque, peak horse, useable powerband, emisssion, gas milage, engine temperture, engine life, etc. you get the point?
I am sure you are 100% serious about it
anyone still remember the old muscel car myth? smaller header right off the exhaust head=more low end torque? well, it's false, false and false.
