Anyone encounter the same problem as I do?

I don't see any way that changing a t-stat could trigger a CEL. Are you sure you did not pull a vacuum line or wire loose when changing the stat?

I don't think so, it was fine for 2 weeks after I installed the thermostat. The check engine light came up last week, I had it checked and light reset. The check engine light came up again today.

Are you sure it isn't from the gas cap being loose? My gas cap turns half way on and starts clicking. The first few times I filled up the car, I didn't tighten it all the way. I have had my check engine light come on because of this. I have to really crank it to get it all the way on.

I'm pretty sure it is not the gas cap because I had my car checked twice in Honda, the conclusion is cooling system problem especially the thermostat.
