Check engine light! (diagnosed)

I have about 32,000 miles on mine. Ironically enough, today is my 1 year anniversary. 
Anyway, the ODB meter recorded the engine codes for all 4 cylinders misfiring. They called Honda and got this "list" to go through before they open up the engine. I just called a minute ago and they are going to get a "snapshot" of the engine. They do this by clearing the ECU codes while they are driving and then recording all the readings possible when the Check Engine light comes back on again. They say that should give them a better understanding of what is happening.
I hope my problem is as simple as yours was.

My only mods are the JR AirFilter and the HKS Exhaust.

Pinky, did your car get fixed? Mine 00' S2K got a check light this evening and it did not clear. Other than a slightly rough idle, I cannot find anything wrong. I will take it to the dealer in the AM, mine had 23k miles... fwiw.
