chicago dealers
i went to 2 honda dealers by my town today and was just seeing how much they are asking for s2000's (i plan on purchasing one in the up coming months when i turn 18). one wanted $3500 over msrp and the other was $5000 over. both dealers ignored me and just laughed at me when i questioned them about the car since i am only 17. im just wondering where can i find a s2000 for msrp in the chicago area that also has nice guys at the dealer.
I have a 2002 on order at Continental Honda in Countryside. Not only are they a sponsor of the Chicago Region SCCA I was able to place the order at MSRP and get it in writing.
The salesman was really nice after he saw cash. Go figure.

Motor Werks in Barrington is an MSRP only dealership. As they sell so many different cars you will have a hard time finding a sales person who knows a ton about the S2000. They won't have any in stock for poking around in.
McGrath in St. Charles has a silver with hardtop installed in their showroom, just drove by the other day. I have no familiarity with their sales practices or knowledge.
