Someone I know is thinking about a Pilot.

I don't know Pilot prices - are the ones in the Chicago ads "good" ones? We know the '03 S2000 price is right at dealer cost - what about the Pilot price?

Thanks,
Dennis

if you are from socal, and want a new S, i think the best way is to buy during winter in a different state. like chicago. new 03 for 29,500 is a great deal. try and register the car in san diego because their tax rate is lower there. san diego tax rate is 7.75%. los angeles county is 8.25%. you'll probably save $100. i think you need to be a san diego residents to pay 7.75%.

A car so nice, they offer it twice. Just in case you're looking for the perfect Christmas gift for that oh-so-hard-to-please person (read: yourself).

Ulrich,

Thanks for the info, could you please continue posting the ads if you get a chance. I live out in Southern California and I'm trying to pick up a 02 or 03 s2000 by the end of the year. Thanks!

How low can they go? This price warrants the ad being reproduced as a triptych in glorious Technicolor!

Merry Christmas, everyone!

Has anyone been able to get these prices from grand Honda? I called and they said they would not fax the paperwork to me and that I would have to come to the dealer personally. This is not practical as I live in NY....

Any help (or names of sales reps you have worked with at Grand Honda) would be helpful.

David
