Clicking sound???
Fredrick, any kind of "noise" is extremely hard to diagnose over the internet. What you call a "clicking" noise may be something completely different to me. If it's a one time thing, I wouldn't worry about it too much.
With 43,000 km on your car, do you know if the tranny and diff fluid has ever been changed? If you do not know, it's probably not a bad idea to change them now. Also, consider changing your clutch and brake fluid at this time. All MY'00 cars should now be needing an engine coolant flush too.

Fredrick, you are in luck! I just had that exact same problem fixed last week at my dealership. They spent all day trying to figure it out. It turns out that that is caused by a worn rear axle nut. Honda released a note on this problem in the guide that the mechanics use to diagnose problems. Anyway, they replaced that part ($3.95 under warranty) and the problem is fixed. No more clicks when starting from a stop or shifting at low speeds. I am certain that you are having the same problem.
Tjena Fredrik!
I and my friend Jesper have had the problem and resolved by Magnusson Bil in Surte. It is either the nut that needs retorquing, or it is a worn outer CV joint cup. Both of us got it fixed, under warranty.
