Default Clunking Noise from Left Rear

My '05 with about 6,500 miles has begun to make a clunking noise from the left rear when I make a sharp right turn over bumps. This is the only time I hear the noise. Any ideas on what could cause this?

No CAI. I was thinking it might be a loose component in the left rear wheel which may need tightening. I hope it's not the diff.

I wonder if it could be the seatbelt tensioner. It's most noticeable with the top up. With the top down, I can barely hear it while in a low speed sharp turn over bumps. If it was the rear end, I would think it would still be pretty loud. But I agree that it's best to have someone look at it.
