Default Clutch Delay Valve Adjustment

What a Difference, that damn filter and funnel is such a restriction. We had a tech day at one of the member's house this weekend and what a difference, it's like night and day, a whole 'nother car!! I love it, you can actually chirp in 2nd now!! I strongly advise any one who has not done it to do it. the hardest part as everyone knows is that damn ring, but with two people and a good set of picks you can have it out in 10 mins.

I haven't removed the Clutch Delay valve yet...I have attempted only one launch since I've had the car - whereupon the delay valve attempted to have my clutch for dinner.

On the other hand, I regularly chirp 2nd gear, and all other shifts seem to go well with no other delay. I wonder what gives?

I may be paranoid or what not -- I'm feeling the delay, and it's really annoying.
(No, I have no jack stands and place to do this myself ... arggh. Gotta find a place to do it.)

I got the ring out in about 5 minutes with a good craftsman pick and a thin needle nose piler. Then I proceeded to launch the mofo somewhere in my garage.

I spent the next 3 hours cleaning up my garage and sweeping so I could find the ring.

At least my girlfriend thanked me for taking time out of working on my car to clean my garage.

ha.
