Almost everyone in AZ has the CDV removed. We have had mini tech days where we pull them out one after the other and people go bonkers enjoying their "new" car

yahh im thinkin of taking mine off too... its sucha lag sometimes and its annoying... but i have no clue on where to start... or do i need to go to the dealership to get it off? any advice?

no i know what u mean... thats what the clutch delay is doing.... i dont think its bad driving....

I thought about that too. When I have time, I'll test it out again and be sure to bring my foot away from the clutch. Like I said, I'm still a beginer when it comes to manuels.

I think mine came from its previous owner with the CDV removed. I chirp into second at will, even at partial throttle *shrug*.

Not sure he bled the clutch properly though, I think mine is mushy.
