I may be paranoid or what not -- I'm feeling the delay, and it's really annoying.
(No, I have no jack stands and place to do this myself ... arggh. Gotta find a place to do it.)
jack + two jack stands is $50 or less at Sears

Problem is, I don't have my own garage + my apartment's parking lot doesn't allow these things (they'd treat these as oil change and kick me out). I practically live in a 300ft apartment with no storage space -- so dunno where to store jack stands and a massive jack.

It really sux when you live in a crowded city ...

can't even park my car on the street to do this ... I think i'd look funny doing this while literally 200 people walk pass me ...

There has to be some mod friendly tuner shops in your area! Hell just print out what needs to be done and take it to a mechanic. Whats it gonna cost....80 bucks at most.

Why did Honda add this delay valve anyway?

I had HTG swap in a ap1 slave when he did my gears and yeah, the car feels like it was supposed to in the first place now. Grabs gears solid and direct. Feels great.

Because they wanted provide the Honda dealers many more profitable S2000 clutch replacements (more than they already had been doing before).

To anyone planning on doing this, I drilled a hole in the side of the slave where the ring is to pop mine out. I worked like a charm. Trying to pry it out with a pick did not work for me.
