Clutch Engagement point
I must have the opposite problem.
My clutch doesn't seem to disengage completely until it's nearly all the way down to the floor. How else would you explain the many times I've managed to grind a gear on my S2000 where it had almost never happened on any of the other manual transmission cars I've owned?
Actually, I'm happy with the engagement point on my car.

My clutch engages very late. Probably almost half way up before it feels like it's doing anything. Maybe only an inch from the top before it feels locked. Been like that since it was brand new. Very rarely get any grind. But a very rarely speed shift between 1 and 2 (afraid of developing a problem.)
