Assuming I understand you correctly, you have a worn clutch that is no longer holding power. When you try to accelerate, your rpm goes up much faster than your car speeds up, yes?

You need to get a new clutch disc, throw out bearing and possibly get the flywheel re-surfaced. If it will not tolerate a re-surfacing (machining), then a new one will be needed and then you'll need a new pilot bearing, also. As long as you're in there, you may as well consider spending a bit more money and put in a heavy duty pressure plate (ACT HD PP is a good choice).

It may be too expensive for the shipping but Hardtopguy has the perfect set-up for a clutch replacement:

ypu can buy from www.hardtopguy.com

As far as an aftermarket disc goes, unless you are running high hp / torque figures, the OEM will do fine. Upgrading the Pressure Plate to the ACT will definitely be a plus. If you indeed want an upgraded disc, I believe ACT makes one as well (Stage 2, I believe).
