^ You don't have power steering fluid, and this car has a timing chain not a belt. So don't worry about servicing either of those.

Dont mean to bring this thread back but just saying its very possible it could be the fuel in your area. In oklahoma my car did the same thing as yours on cold start and I drove home on leave to indiana and its a hell of a lot colder here and it starts like a charm every time and I haven't changed anything

try leaving the key on the #2 position for a few seconds longer before starting the car. that would give the fuel pump time to prime.
THIS!

It is more difficult for the fuel system to build proper pressure when its' below freezing.

Turn the key to ON for 5 seconds before pushing the start button.

i try that and my car starts and shakes as its on 2 cylinders
and when it turns on it seems like a belt screeches.
but a little rev to 3-4 makes the sound go away

JLUDE and 'hrpfg2' are correct. And whoever else said to give it just a little gas. My car requires this cold weather starting method. I vote its normal because I don't know any different.

The incline shouldn't cause a problem unless the fuel tank is really low on gas. The system is under pressure so an incline makes no difference.
