Due to the fact that I go on canyon runs I decided it would be a good idea to pick up a bra for my car.
I picked up a new never opened two piece bra off e-bay for $80. On monday of this week.
They added $10 for shipping and I recieved the bra yesterday evening.
The nose half of the bra slipped on and fit with no problem. I attached the hood half with no probel either.
The problem was closing the hood with both pieces on
The nose mask has a velvet hook to in the middle that hooked on right below the hood release latch. So that the material of the nose bra actually stretched into the hood area.

With the hood part on I could not for the life of me get my hood to close. After trying and playing with it for 2 or so hours I gave up took the hood half off, and tried that way. The hood only would close not by dropping it but you had to give it one firm push to close it. It looks good with out the hood half but I just thought I would share. I will post some pics this weekend when I get my Digi cam back.

P.S. the instructions were photo copies and the pictures might as well have not been there. The picture quality was so horrid!

 

You need to drop the hood from about 3 feet when the bra is on. I have one, not crazy about it but it does the job when the group is on mountain drives and gravel is flying up at the car.

Now I wish there was something we could do to keep the windshield from pitting.

Your other alternative is to go with something like one of the 3M protectant films.

 

With the beauty of the front end I would think the clear bra would be the only choice.......
