Comparison - S2000 v Celica GT-Four (All-Trac)
Has anyone been able to compare the S2K against the 1994-1996 Toyota Celica GT4 (aka All-Trac)?
I know they are completely different cars (Turbo v NA, Coupe v Roadster, 4WD v RWD) but the power and performance figures are similar.
I'd be interested in hearing genuine opinions from those who have driven both.
Thanks

I can't directly help you, but I can share this. At a track day, I was trailing a Celica GTS (a new one), and to my suprise I couldn't get a clean pass on him in the straights. I expected to just reel him in, but while I could pull on him, it certainly wasn't the effortless pass I'd expected.
In the corners, however, he was much slower, but that was a driver issue more than a car shortcoming.
At 21k, that car is an excellent performance value....
If they put the higher-compression GTS engine in the MR Spyder, at 2100lbs w/180HP, that car is going to *fly*.
