Ok...so I have a J's strut bar that I don't want to get rid of...I'm currently using it with the Engine Torque Damper...and I DO feel the difference with it. But besides that point. I want to know if the Comptech intake should clear under the J's strut bar with minimal to no rubbing. Is it ok? I currently have the AEM V1 and it is pushed down slightly, but it works ok...and does "fit"

 

If it does rub a bit, which im guessing it might, just get some double sided foam tape, and place it under the STB that should the trick

 

Ya...I would get something...right now my AEM V1 is wrapped with heat wrap so that protects things. I'm just wondering if it would be pretty bad, or barely at all.
