Please post the dyno results after you get the S/C installed, and your general impressions of the kit, and performance figures if you have them.

Why did you guys at comptech choose the vortech charger instead of a roots style?

Just thought I'd post these pictures again, because I like to look at them. How about you?

Annie and I got to take a quick ride in the Comptech S2000 with the s/c. All I can say is wow! We were down there earlier this year and got the first Comptech exhaust put on our first car and were able to drive it pretty much back to back with the ride in the s/c car. The sound is completely different, and the car worked incredibly well. If you don't like revving your car up to redline, you probably won't think the s/c is a good way to spend the money, but if you like driving the car the way it was meant to be driven, you'll love it!

We didn't go with a roots-type blower for several reasons. One was the difficulty in trying to install the thing. Real tough to get to where the bolts are. Not sure if it would like the rpm range of the engine either. Cost would have been higher than the kit we ended up doing, too.

And we are using a Paxton Novi 1000 unit right now, not the Vortech.

Not to pry again and again. Whats the ETA for the release to the public and have you got a dyno chart of the actual S/C'ed S2000? Just so we can look at where the gains are not the true numbers(you can leave them out) but to see there is such a gain at 3,000/6,000/8,000. I know the gains I got off my header and where the power kicked in so seeing a chart will help me at least.

I saw a S/C'ed Integra chart that im not interested in just the S2000. Thanks Mike!

Our first 5 kits will be shipped by mid next week. The next batch won't be until close to Christmas. Right now, most of the second production run is already spoken for.

We should have some dyno charts on our website in a few days.

Mike,

Could you ask the lucky people who have already ordered the S/C to post their feelings about the upgrade?

I am very interested in being in the next batch of buyers, but I would like some real world examples to reinforce my future purchase.

Will you be training any dealerships in Houston on the installation process?

Also, thanks for sending the new "Strut Bar Brackets". They fit much better and allow my hood to close more easily. My hood thanks you too....
