Confused about 'OEM' Wheels

$412 from H and A Honda Accessories. Genuine OEM. No center caps though. Get a brand new wheel.

And they claim the maker is Asahi, the OEM manufacturer. They could be either pictures of a stock wheel, or from the importer's catalog.
I am just trying to find out what these wheels are.
They could be the same wheel outside of the Honda distribution channel. Although I don't know how.
Or they could be a missing some important feature. Although I don't know what feature that is.
Or they could be a chieap knock-off with inferior materials and quality. Those are commonly available today. ALthough, the ads say they have the same manufacturer as the stock wheel.
