Default Console Fastner (MY02) pins availability?

I broke one of the plastic "push-pin" console fastners that hold the MY02 leather console cover on the driver and passenger sides (there are about 6 on each side). I've tried many on-line Honda Parts vendors as well as my local dealer and, of those that got back to me (most on-line vendors didn't), I'm told that Honda doesn't make this part. My local dealer is guessing that I'd have to buy the entire console cover to get these plastic "push-pins" - which is obviously ridiculous.

Has anyone else ever had to replace these?

Call (1-800-342-8158) or PM Jeff (HardTopGuy). He has a few of these on order for me. Looks like it is part number 15 in this pic.

I broke one or two when I put my rear speakers in so I just swapped them out with ones from behind he seat. I didnt' break them completely, just part of the head came off so they were still usable. I just didn't want a pin with only half a head on it showing up front.
