last night around 11:30-11:45 PM? I saw the HID of a
yellow Stook among the sea of xenon headlights as I was
heading the opposite direction

Actually, nope that wasn't me. I got home later than that. 
But,... last time I went northbound on Culver from the 405, I saw 2 stooks, a yellow one go by southbound, and then another silver one a minute later with two women in it (again southbound)! They were looking over at my car and tried to wave on short notice, so I guess they were looking out for other Stooks too
